1. Wallet Top-ups
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Funds remain in your wallet until used for verifications. You cannot withdraw wallet funds to your bank account.
2. Failed Verifications
If a verification fails due to technical issues on our end or Cashfree's end:
- The verification fee will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours
- You can retry the verification after the refund is processed
- Refunds are automatically credited to your wallet balance
3. User-Initiated Cancellations
If you cancel a verification before it is processed:
- No refund will be issued as the API call has already been made
- The verification fee is consumed once the request is sent to Cashfree
- Please ensure customer details are correct before initiating verification
4. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon account cancellation:
- Remaining wallet balance will be forfeited
- Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
- You can request immediate data deletion
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- Contact support within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide transaction ID and reason for dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 3 business days
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed automatically to your wallet. To request a refund:

- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
